Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Proven expertise in content creation, social media analytics, and community management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in design and content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media scheduling tools).
  • Experience handling administrative and PA duties.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
  • Passion for sustainable business practices and familiarity with agribusiness is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to align with the mission of Inicio BD Company Limited in business advisory, advocacy, and trade support.
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging, high-quality content that reflects the company’s focus on agribusiness and value addition.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to inform and enhance content strategies.
  • Engage actively with online audiences, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster community growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to highlight key initiatives, projects, and milestones on social platforms.
  • Support virtual and live events through targeted promotional campaigns and real-time social media interaction.
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid social advertising, to expand reach.
  • Assist in administrative and PA duties, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, maintaining records, and supporting the management team.
  • Ensure efficient organization of digital documentation and files.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media and digital marketing impact, suggesting strategies for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitors.
